Learning Intention: Students will develop strategies for Rocket League by applying principles of car control, positioning/rotations, boost management, and fast decision-making to improve performance in competitive matches.
Success Criteria:Â
I can control my car consistently (speed, powerslides, aerials) and recover quickly after plays.
I can use basic team rotations (first/second/third) to keep spacing and avoid double-commits.
I can manage boost and positioning to support teammates on offense and defense.
I can create and finish plays (passes, shots, clears) and choose smart 50/50s.
I can adapt to the game state (score/time, opponent habits) and adjust my strategy.
I can communicate clearly and positively with my teammates and review my play to set specific improvement goals.
